Hi all,
I've been battling with a psychotic depression for the last few weeks. It's a bitter pill to swallow being put back on antipsychotics but unfortunately I've not ended up in hospital, thank heavens.
Just looking for a bit of encouragement to keep the battle in the background.
After so many years of being completely stable, I'm not finding it easy.

It really is not an easy place to be again @Kurra but you are strong and you are wise - and you know you can get through this 
It is frustrating and annoying being back in this place but it also gives us a new respect for all those better times - and you will get back there again Hon - just a bump in the road for now
