I don’t know what the way forward is @Snowie is there even one?
I’m desperately waiting for my psychologist to return, but that is still weeks away. And I’m not even that keen on her… I really need something weekly, not fortnightly.

feel like there is so much going on at the moment and I don’t feel like I have the capacity to deal with it all and it feels like my supports are dropping like flies. Barely getting through each day at the moment.

I still have awhile before I can take my meds. Just trying to get by.

@Bow I know what it is like to have your psych away. It makes it really hard on us.

if my d is off school again tomorrow, which she most likely will be, I have to take her to the dr 😩 3 or more days off school and you need a medical certificate.

I took some prn before @Bow so have to wait to take some of them. Not sure how long I will last however. So tired here and bed is calling me.
