Hi @Snowie um I’m a bit all over the place today. Not feeling particularly safe being here at the moment and not sure I’m allowed here.

sounds like yesterday was an ok day for you with a nice day out with your family to the footy and good news about your mum.

I’ve got daughter home sick today and she has her big school excursion for the year tomorrow. Sad that she will probably miss out on it again (missed her kinder one too).

Sorry to hear about D. It is hard when they are sick. I'm sure lots of mum cuddles help!

Sometimes other persons make this feel like an unsafe place to be @Snowie @feeling very uneasy and sick posting tonight @Snowie but this is usually my safe place and I really need that place at the moment with so much going on.

Thanks @Snowie I just wanna feel safe. I’m feeling really vulnerable and my body doesn’t feel safe. I have a lot of anxiety at the moment.
And Very aware of unpleasant memories and how that is making my body feel and not having an appropriate person to talk to about them

It's hard when we don't feel safe inside our own bodies @Bow I have had that feeling before.

I find that some cold water on the face helps a little.

It doesn't always help but anything is worth a try.

Are you able to contact anyone tomorrow who may be able to help, or even tonight?

I don’t know who I can talk to @Snowie there is my case manager but I don’t know if she is the right person. 😩

I got all these internal things happening in my body. I don’t really know how to describe it. But there is also all this other stuff going on externally. Mum thinks my step dad doesn’t have much more time. Urgh sorry. I need to go can’t be here sorry
