We have just finished the first group for the morning. It was on anger. It took a lot to keep me in that room this morning. There is a lady in my group, she has something to say about everything, she monopolises the discussion, tries to take over from the facilitator, has the most annoying loud high pitch laugh which she constant does.

I’ve got another hour to wait, and then I can catch an Uber home for the afternoon. Not sure what we will do this afternoon, maybe go for afternoon tea.

I didn’t sleep well last night. Really wanna talk to my pdoc about restarting my nightmare meds. I actually woke with a headache this morning.

There is always someone in those groups @Bow

I still remember a lady that I tried to avoid in groups when I was in.

Hopefully seeing your D can brighten up your day a bit. I'm sure she is loving having you around, even if it is just for awhile,

@Snowie A nurse called and spoke with my pdoc and he has charted my nightmares meds!

Today was ok @Eve7 @Snowie daughter and I went out for lunch and then just hung out at home for the rest of the afternoon. It was hard coming back here. Feeling a bit flat tonight.
