I use sleepy time shower gel too. Not sure if it helps or not but smells nice!

I have been using a teddy to help me sleep lately. It has been nice to cuddle something that is safe and keeps my hands busy. It helps me stay a little more present when I feel myself dissociating.

I don't know if it would help and you might already use one.

I do have aircon in my room @Captain24 but I don’t use it unless it’s really hot and it’s not today, but I do sleep with the fan on so I can snuggle under the blankets.

I actually got mine from a lush store in london, haven’t seen a store where we live for years but did look online and they are still here in Aus, so will order some more. It does smell amazing and the colour is so pretty too. I do have teddy in my bed. I either sleep with the teddy or hugging a pillow. I may let my daughter sleep with me tonight.

Yes it is from lush @Bow and smells really good. I also like the bath bombs from there too and use them when I have a bath. Always have some ready to use!!

D sleeping with you tonight sounds like a nice idea. Might be some good company for you and keep you safe.

Hubby has been very much by my side the last few day thankfully.
