For you, when you wake up, is it like a 'reset'?

I find it is for me. e.g. I ruminate all night, then sleep, and when I wake up, it's as though nothing happened the night before.

Sorry @Bow I don’t know what to say other than I’m thinking of you.

My case manager was away today and I spoke with some random guy who knew next to nothing about me. Would have preferred a call to let me know she wasn’t in and I wouldn’t have gone!

That is understandable @Bow I wouldn't want to see a random stranger either even if they were nice. They might have felt a bit uncomfortable too.
