I didn’t really do anything @Captain24 spent a lot of time on my bike…. Keeps me from acting on my thoughts and plans. I’m tired. Sore.

If your CM had called, what would you have liked them to do to have supported you?

I remember when I used to wait for someone to 'save' me. And when they didn't, I melted. It took me a while to understand that feeling better comes from within. I couldn't rely on others to make me feel better.

What are some things you can do for yourself now? It is you who is in control. Don't give the power to others. You are more powerful than you think.
