Feeling so terrible sad this afternoon. Had a lovely morning out with my daughter, went to the movies. Managed to enjoy some popcorn etc with her. But now I am home feeling like I have to engaged in ED behaviours to make up for it. I don’t want to be here doing this but don’t feel like I have any other choice. 😩

Sitting with you @Bow . I’m about to sit in the sun 🌞 for some relaxation.

Slow morning for me today. Went back to bed for a while, now sitting outside in the sun having a warm cuppa. My body is aching today, including my head. Not sure what is going on. So maybe a slow day. Skipping church. Comm mh will visit in the afternoon.

me and my little kitty sat out in the sunshine for a while. He desperately wanted to get down and play with the dog but not letting him be an outside cat…. He will run goodness knows where.

inside on my bike now… doing my nails too, waiting for them to dry before putting on the next coat and watch Tv too.

I’ve been on the exercise bike too @Bow but I have it outside in the sunshine on the back deck. Physio has added it to my program 😄
