Today has not been much better. Just really flat and down. I feel defeated. Wanna quit.

I'm really sorry to hear that today hasn't been going well 💗 I can hear the struggle that it's been; it sounds exhausting.

I'm wondering if it's possible to have some type of relief or rest? I find I usually need that in some way when I'm exhausted or overwhelmed. Some ideas on 7 different types of rest are here- what do you think?

I hope you can feel the support of the community here too ❤️

Just home from a trip down south a bit to the coast. Went to the beach briefly. It’s really cold but I took my shoes off and walked on the sand. It was nice.

Sometimes I feel sadness so deep over my ED. Not being able to honour my body and what it needs.
todays one of them days.
