I've got an appointment at community mh tomorrow morning. My new psychologist there arranged it for me cause I've been feeling so low and flat for weeks and constantly in a state of fighting off SI.

I am terrible scared that it's going to be unhelpful and that I will be stuck in this horrible mental state for longer and I can't bare to be here. I'm so scared.

Just checking in if you are able to reach out to Lifeline or SCBS for a chat tonight as you may need? Its important you are able to do whatever you can to stay safe and just double checking in around your safety this evening.

Just having a cuppa on the couch with the dog. Don't really feel like moving, luckily I have already gone up the street and done the washing for the day.

About the same @Snowie had an appointment this morning at community mh. Was asked a million questions again... I don't know how many times I've told them what's going on for me. Wish they would take better notes and you could see the same person. Only good thing that came out of it is that I got some prn! Not telling Mum. Don't want to have to ask her for it all the time.

I have a gp appointment shortly and getting my second jab. Will stop off and grab myself a chai on the way home..,

Don't worry @Bow I haven;t told H I have this prn. He would ask too many questions if he know how much I relied on it and I would have to ask him for it too.

I hope you got something out of this morning hun, eve if it is just to talk to someone.

I hope the gp goes ok and you have no effects to the second covid jab. Getting a chai on the way home sounds like a good idea💕
