Aww fair enough @Bow ! I just had a funny image of someone wanting to enjoy the fire, but hating the smoke so they just stand there looking awkward in full PPE (sorry for the whacky google image result haha):

A bath and some movies in bed sounds perfect to me. And I mean, you already said it yourself - you are putting in an effort despite the difficulties your brain is throwing at you, and that can be commended. I hope the rest of your evening is as peaceful as it sounds

I was admitted to the psych ward yesterday after being in hospital since Saturday night. I called the ambulance myself, oh that took so much will power, I've not done that before.

I'm sad that I am in this place again. It's not a nice place to be. I really hope to not be here for very long. I miss an appointment with the professor today, but she already knows as the mental health nurse that I spoke with yesterday in the Ed called and spoke with her. She was understanding of my situation. Also miss an appointment with my dietitian tomorrow and then my first vax on Thursday. Hoping to be out by Friday that way I don't have to inform my ex of my Situation which is always a stresser for me.

for the first time the mental health nurse asked me what would happen to my daughter if I was successful at my attempts. No one has ever asked me that before. I've thought about it, but it's never been asked. I broke down.

I'm so tired. Did not sleep well the last 3 nights, 2 in the ED and last night here. I feel headachy and just horrible in the head. They are starting me back on one of the meds the professor took me off when I was in hospital a couple of weeks ago, hopefully that will help with my sleep. not sure what else they plan to do and no idea how long I will be here... 'until I am well'
