Yeah, I’ll get to tell my dietitian all about my failed admission… she will be so cranky… not at me, at everyone else.

mums just ordered me to go have some really really gross medicine to help with my chest. Urgh, I hate sleeping when sick like this, can’t breathe. Nose blocked.

I still haven’t had a shower either. I think hospital and now being sick, all the days have kinda blurred together. But I am actually feeling really gross now. I will need an exfoliating glove and a body scrub. Maybe tomorrow morning if I feel up to it.

@Snowie you lay on it, I imagine standing on it would be a bit much ahaha. But maybe if you have very sore feet? Shrug!!

Frustrating when we try to catch up on rest only to find it's not working out in our favour hey! Do you have a busy week ahead?

Chill week so far, bit of laundry done, even managed to change my sheets! Got some stews and stuff planned for slow cooker, methinks Irish Guinness stew next! Just hanging with the kitties too, they're all curled up nearby 😊

I’ve fallen asleep on mine a few times @Jynx if I wake up with a bad headache I get in bed with it and eventually fall asleep.

market… we’ve only done one this year. March. April we drove out and it was raining so turned around and came home. So next up is first Saturday in may.

just made sushi for D for school tomorrow. Can’t complain I don’t love her! She loves sushi and we bought a sushi kit recently.

I really like Irish stew…. But haven’t had it in a really long time. Kittie snuggles are so good! Mr Groot has spent a lot of time on my bed with me the last couple of days. Couldn’t see him for a while today… but I could hear him…. He snores!

I found a very good recipe online, it's pretty straightforward. Acquiring the Guinness at a reasonable price is probably the hardest part haha cos I don't drink it otherwise. So don't wanna have to buy a lot, yaknow?

how are you and how’s your day been?

got up and got D off to school today. She wasn’t too sure, needed a bit of encouragement.
had my dietitian appointment and told her about my disaster admission. She was disappointed. No real plans in place with her, just gotta keep doing what I’m doing to get by.
went into comm mh. Asked for a face mask when I checked in, didn’t wanna spread my germs. Chatted a few things with my CM. My old old pdoc is coming back in June, so made an appointment to see him then and will need to see a random next month. Asked my CM about a nasal spray that can be used for treatment resistant depression, she’s heard about it, but not sure if any pdoc use it here, so will ask.

I grabbed a few groceries and came back home to bed. Wore me out! Got D a donut and a chocolate milk for an after school treat.

Think 3 days in bed is enough. Over coughing
