What's happening for you? Are you able to distract yourself as a way of getting through this rough patch?

It sounds so hard to sit in this space.

How did the markets go?

Anxiety building about the coming week…. Weeks.
tomorrow I go in and see someone from the team at comm mh. My CM is still away.
my SW is away Monday and Tuesday at the least, maybe longer.
Wednesday mum leaves. I also have a dietitian appointment.
Thursday I will attempt to go in again and meet this male psychologist. This is me attempting to show them that I want therapy. That I need it. Just really not sure how it’s gonna go.

market actually went ok.

That's a lot of stuff happening! @Bow I thought your mum had already left and you were waiting for her to return! Sorry, my bad!

It sounds like there's so much for you this week. I can totally relate to feeling that way sometimes. When it happens, the only way I manage is to write a list, then cross things off as they occur. Otherwise, I keep thinking about what's going to happen instead!

I'm glad the markets went well. Did D go with you too?

Nope leaves Wednesday and back on the 28th @tyme

gotta hold it all together until early April and then I’ll go in for treatment. I think I will be using lots of lists. I’m anxious about all the things I’ll need to do.

yes D came to market and complained most of the day. Bored, hungry, hot, want something that’s cold, ice cream, bored, hungry, hot all day

Oh @Bow . So then it's about doing what you can to manage the 20 or so days she's away. At least you can set your eye on treatment @Bow

As for D, sounds like she's growing up a lot.

It feels like only yesterday she was sitting at the markets with you, on her ipad and chilling!

Yep, keep myself busy and out of bed @tyme im very aware that I could get away with spending days in bed….

oh she still spent a lot of time on her iPad yesterday. She’s responsible for packing her bag for the day. She needs to pack things to do and food to eat. She didn’t pack any food and only had a big bag of chips that I got for her… which she was eating at 8am! It was very hot yesterday and very humid. We were all feeling it. But oh well, hopefully cooler next month.

LOL @Bow . So a bag of chips. No wonder she was grumpy!

I struggling today. I had a bad night. Went and seen someone at comm mh, knew it would be a random, but they ask questions that are hard to answer.. hard being vulnerable with strangers. They asked about hospital again, I said no thanks.

ihave a headache too. Urgh
