I wanted to sleep the day away @Jynx did things last night to attempt that, but I woke my usual time. 😩 can’t even do that right. I sat on the couch and scrolled a bit and then went and crawled back into bed. Needed to feel safe. It’s been a very lonely day to be honest. Usual morning text from my SW asking how I was. She knows what today is. And I reminded her 2 days ago. But she didn’t acknowledge it. And I told her what I’ve just told you and I didn’t hear from her again.
im sad. Deep sad deep inside. Lonely and forgotten. Lotta flashbacks, been hard to stay afloat, but I actually don’t care. Don’t care much about anything

@Bow Bed is such a comfy cosy place to be when we need to feel safe, hey. Totally valid that it feels lonely though. I'm sorry that your SW hasn't gotten back to you. I think sometimes, when we know someone is going through something very hard, we can stop ourselves from bringing it up cos we don't want to remind people of it, if that makes sense. But then that can sometimes mean that the person who is suffering can feel unacknowledged, or feel like their pain isn't of concern or care to those who are supposed to be supporting them.

Maybe you could send her another text just saying something like 'I don't know if you're trying to avoid the topic because you don't want to remind me or hurt my feelings, but I do wish you'd said something or acknowledged what I'm facing today. It might help me feel less alone.' How would that sit with you? I know you probably don't want to 'be a bother' but it's her job to support you, and you deserve to feel like people care. Because we do!

Too late now @Jynx she gone now until Wednesday. And yeah things are sh!t still but I just can’t be bothered. I kinda knew you was gonna say something about her maybe not wanting to say anything incase she upset me more… if Jynx had an audible voice I heard it. Everything’s just too much of an effort it seems and I’m just not worth it.
