yep hour by hour eh @Snowie sometimes that's all we can do. Rough day too?

I feel really flat today. Have really had to push myself to follow my meal plan. Nurses have had to really encourage/ nag me.

ive also got a headache/ sore neck. I've had my own pillow while in here, but when I had the NG tube put in I had to sleep slightly elevated and sleeping with my pillow wasn't comfortable, so used a hospital pillow. Last night I could lay flat again and with my pillow, so not sure if it's cause of that or not.

do you like watching the olympics? The men's road race has been on all day today, have been watching it.

Yes I like watching the olympics. Been watching the road race too, flicking back and forth between that and the footy.

Such a long road race eh @Snowie ?! 234kms! I find it interesting how they manage to eat and drink, get things from their road crew, get their shoes and bikes fixed all while still going.

It is a long way to ride @Bow and also in such heat too.

I guess they need to eat and drink so they don't get dehydrated.

Just switched over to the gymnastics now. Again, amazing what they can do.
