Feeling so depleted today. Was suppose to go out with my SW this morning but I had barely any energy to get downstairs to attend to the kittens.

I feel so frustrated when I have days like this. Where I had things that I wanted to do but absolutely zero energy to do it.

I needed to do a load of washing. It’s a beautiful sunny day here slightly breeze so good for drying but I just couldn’t muster up the energy to hang it out. We never use the dryer. But I did today. That makes me angry.

don’t know why today is so bad. It did take a long time to settles after last nights incident. Perhaps that’s why.

Hi @Bow sorry to hear that you are feeling depleted and having difficulty doing things that you would like to do..

I feel I can empathise with this as I also did not do a load of washing this morning because I could not raise the motivation to do so. So will try again tomorrow! It is a great drying day today so I feel very guilty and angry at myself about not getting it done.

I hope your energy improves as day progresses

@@spent most of the day on the couch so far. But have managed to gather a crate full of things to take downstairs. Tried to get something every time I got up.

I will aim to take it downstairs a bit later and will see if I can at least make a start up n tidying up down there.

I’m doing a physics assignment none of which I understand 😕😩 I’ve been doing well at uni so far fut this course is really doing my head in!

I just had a phone call from a relative informing me she’s being admitted today. I guess this dreaded mh runs in the family. I won’t visit as she’s interstate and I wouldn’t cope anyway.

Brighter news I have fresh bread for lunch!

I agree with @Eve7 some days you just need to take small steps @Bow, which is fine in the scheme of things.

Physics - I have probably forgotten more than I learnt!

Yeah I guess small steps eh @Till23 @Eve7 and after the last couple of days I’ve had a day of not much is probably needed.

I did just put together a fan that has been sitting over there in the box for a couple of weeks. Now to dispose of the box.

I hope school pick-up goes well. I also need to go soon as need to do some things at my sport club.
