Tomorrow I have my CM coming in the morning and that’s it. A day at home. I’ll try and get some work done @Snowie

She’s still try’s sometimes. But I didn’t get down there much today so they have been in their enclosure most of the day. Tomorrow I’ll be down there more so I can let her out.

Haven't got much on tomorrow. Todays been busy so a day at home sounds nice.

Had better go. Have to go pick up S from work.

My CM not long left and her visit went ok. We talked about what has been going on for me and she was really good about it. Really supportive. She agreed to be part of my accountability too.

Sitting on the couch now trying to decide what to do. Stay up stairs and junk journal or go down stairs and do stuff. I’m a fair bit tired. Was awake at stupid o’clock and decided to just get up at 6am cause my body hates me. I went and got some probiotics after dropping D at school as my dietitian said it would be helpful. I also had a good chat with my SW on the phone too, checking in with me around my accountability stuff. Which I found really helpful.

Hopefully your SW and CM are on the same page now too.

If they are going to both keep you accountable then hopefully that does help just to get through each day.

My day is going ok. Was awake early too and then my brain decided not to let me go back to sleep. Just deciding what to have for lunch.

my CM has also put in the referral to put me on the waitlist for a new psychologist.

I also made an appointment to see my gp and my SW is available to come with me.

I went downstairs and did some work. Did a couple of calendars on my cricut, spent way too much time trying to do another one. And then I gave up and did some pixie gifts for our cruise

Oh dessert was strawberries!!!
