Sounds exhausting @Bow Those big emotional days can be so draining, hope that when you are able to get into bed you're able to rest and recharge

I'm good, made it a priority to get outside today which I think really helped to set up my day to be a nice one. It's been a nice, sunny day here which is lovely

i'm good. i've been quite tired this week but the weather's been treating me well and helping me recharge 🌞

did you get new foster pets recently? i feel like i saw a picture on this thread somewhere but i can't remember if it was you or someone else (apologies if it was someone else!)

Yeah. Feel like I had some breakthroughs with my CM today. My SW helped me prepare beforehand and I went over in there semi confident in being able to share what I wanted to. And I did. I read to her what I wrote about often not being able to talk and how it has been a barrier in therapy, I explained my issues with my previous psychologist and how that may of been seen as not willing to do the hard work. And we talked about therapy going forward and that I will be put on the wait list for a new psychologist and the wait isn’t anywhere near as long as I had expected.

I then came home and checked on my tiny kittens and they were heaps playful. Which made me smile

Yes my foster babies @rav3n @AuntGlow @Ru-bee @Snowie @Jynx I’ve had them 2 days. The babies are 2-3wks old. Mumma is such a good mum!

so glad to hear you got to chat about this with CM today!! @Bow that's such a big step (i can definitely see how exhausting that would've been too) and i have my fingers and toes crossed that your CM will be able to better support you.

Good on you @Bow! I'm sure that wouldn't have been easy but you did it!! And I'm so glad to hear the waitlist isn't as long as you anticipated!
