Oh feeling ya on the sleepy side @Jynx i have not been sleeping well the last few nights. Own fault totally. Complicated. And probably never be able to tell anyone about it.

@Bow that is very hard hun, and when it affects our sleep it makes everything else harder, hey. Still no word on a replacement psych I'm guessing? I can imagine it's pretty destabilising to not have that in the back of your mind as a space to delve into these things.

@Bow that's not stupidity that's unconscious survival reflexes doing what they think is best to protect you in that situation. Not stupid, that's instinct, and not something easy to deny.

im seeing my SW beforehand. I have arts and craft group and then see my CM straight after. I asked if my SW had time to sit with me and write some stuff down during group, that I can possible read to my CM. But I don’t even know if I’ll be able to do that.

I just don’t understand why my CM is so against it? Like why won’t she read stuff? I’m really baffled by it 🤷🏼‍♀️

@Bow honestly it baffles me as well. Like I have tried to think of a clinical reason as to why she's so adamant about it...

I have totally forgotten, what was the justification again? And is this an organisational policy or just her personal rule?
