very slow day. I’ve been crafting. Did some journaling pages and just put a heap of worry stones in the oven to bake. Watched a whole season of ‘the twelve’. Follows a murder trial and goes into the lives of the 12 jury folks. Just started season 3.

@Bow I know hey, and stigma creeps in everywhere. Sometimes it's ignorance or cruelty, but sometimes practitioners just don't know or don't realise that what they're saying is the opposite of helpful. It's not your responsibility to inform them, but if you get the chance it might be worth it. Then also I find it very telling how people respond to something like that - do they double down and try to defend their behaviour, or do they accept your feedback gracefully and try to make adjustments accordingly?

Oh hectic, sounds like a super intense character drama! I've been watching Ru Paul's Drag Race lol I feel like it couldn't BE more opposite!! Teehee
