The magazine is called ‘Daphne’s Diaries’ it’s so pretty! There is always some paper crafts included, cut outs and stickers.

Oh I haven’t seen the Kmart sunset lamp.

my vitamin D was low a while back, was supposed to to take some supplements but I’m already on so many pills I just never got round to added that to it.

I’m struggling a bit today with ED complications. I have a gp appointment tomorrow, need to get my ED care plan renewed so I can see my dietitian. Will get my bloods done too, so will be interesting to see what they all say. Struggling with my ED big time at the moment and not taking very good care of myself, but I am trying. And the first step is going to my gp to get this ED plan so I can see my dietitian.
