I can understand saying no. Said it myself this morning at ECT.

I also know how hard it is in the first place to say 'yes', to tell them exactly what is on our minds. And then for that just to get swept aside makes it enough harder and extremely frustrating.

Yeah @Snowie maybe it’s her pregnant baby brain? In that case what else is she forgetting? Cause that wasn’t the only thing that she should have followed up on.
but yeah having it ignored and swept aside again and again.,. Why be honest anymore? But then they growl when I do things

It must at times feel like a lose-lose situation for you @Bow

If you say yes, they don't really do anything, but if you say no they get upset when you do something.

It's not as if saying yes is easy. It takes a lot of strength and courage to do so. Especially if our brain is telling us no. And it's more than just mental too. It effects us physically as well. I really don't think some people understand that.

Can’t do anything right so why even bother trying they probably just waiting one less on their books

Well I caught the gastro bug that my daughter ever so kindly bought home from school and shared. She’s off with her father today and I’m just laying in bed. At least I don’t need an excuse todo that today. But I did have plans. Just in case anyone reads or cares.
