im tired and feeling crummy.

havent seen SW yet. Just waiting outside cause there is noone at the office yet for arts and craft.

Do you know what you're doing in arts and crafts today @Bow?

@Ru-bee I bought along some paper craft to do just incase it was colouring in or something. A couple of other girls are doing beading… I’m not doing it. Don’t wear it and yeah don’t wanna waste beads that are just gonna end up in the bin. So I’m doing my craft. Will make some cards.

Oh that's a good idea @Bow! I'm the same, I like the idea of beaded things but I don't wear them either. Using the time to work on a craft that you actually want to do is great

Yeah, I try to be prepared with my own craft to do cause some times it’s either colouring in or beading… or something else that I am really not interested in @Ru-bee

I made 2 cards today. They have heaps of scrapbooking card so I rummaged through that.

my SW came in said a brief hello and said that she had a little time before she needed to go out again and she was going to try and get some reports done. So that said to me that she didn’t have time for a chat so got all this stuff still inside stuck.

Firstly, those look awesome @Bow you have such a great eye for these things!

That's upsetting that you SW has already flagged that they don't have much time today and it's fair enough that this is making you feel like you don't have the time to talk about what you're needing to, but it sounds as though it's quite important for you to be heard at the moment. I know you said that your thoughts last night were feeling different and this was concerning. Maybe your SW is a little busy today but that doesn't make your needs any less important right now. Would you feel able to let her know that you need to have talk?

my SW didn’t come into the office until late and I was sitting there wondering whether I should text her and ask if she was going to be coming into the office cause I’d appreciate a chat….. but I didn’t. If I had it sent a text and she was coming into the office and knew I needed to chat I’m sure she would have made time. Oh well.

she usually meets me at comm mh before my psych appointment tomorrow… perhaps I could ask if we could meet a little earlier?
I see my psychologist for the first time in like 6 or so weeks. I’m anxious about it
