Something’s not right

My Mosaic

My Mosaic

My Mosaic

I like mosaic art, I’ve never actually done any, but it intrigued me. Made up of hundreds of tiny pieces of stone, glass and ceramic. If you look at it close up it doesn’t really look like anything special, if anything it looks like a mess. But if you take a step back and view the whole picture- it’s a master piece. I guess it’s kind of like life. So many tiny parts, some messy if we look just at the one part. Some day i guess I’d hope that the mess of my life will at some point look half decent.

So here is part of my mosaic, bits and pieces kept tidy together 🙂

tagging you @Emelia8 cause you asked 🙂

Re: My Mosaic

I’m not getting email notifications anymore now 😞

@rav3n I’ve had a rough day today. Just couldn’t get going today. Mood really flat. Didn’t wanna be awake. Then my friend came over for a catch up this afternoon. I mostly just sat and listened to her. Don’t think she even asked how I was. We then went out for dinner for my brothers birthday. I feel sick now. Don’t want to be awake again.
yeah. Mini get away with daughter. Probably a stupid idea.

Re: My Mosaic

Had a pdoc appointment this morning. My CM wasn’t around, she doesn’t work at comm mh on Tuesday. And no one came from my SW’s place. She knew I had an appointment, I thought she would have organized someone. I had to go in by myself. With a male pdoc that I ain’t comfortable with.
Im pretty flat today. Very low mood. He immediately picked up on it. Told him I’m having a lot of SI. Plans? Yeah. Intent? Don’t know. Not really. But want to. What follow up do I get here? None really.
No changes.

back home to spend the day on the couch

Re: My Mosaic

nooo, sounds like the email issue is happening for everyone now!! the IT team's on it, not too sure when it'll be fixed by though @Bow

that's really disappointing that no one was organised to take your CM/SW's place for the appointment. going to pdoc on your own must've been hard, i imagine it took a lot of strength and energy too - you got through it. is it possible to send in a complaint to comm mh (when you feel up to it)? you deserve better support Bow, and it really sucks that they haven't been as present as they should be. i also just read about last night's dinner, that must've been tough. makes a lot of sense why you'd feel flat, and i can see that you're working on staying safe on the couch, but if that safety changes, pls do reach out. sending you warm hugs 💙

a getaway with D sounds lovely, how long were you planning to go for? i reckon D would really appreciate some extra quality time with you.

Re: My Mosaic

I think I’m getting emails again @rav3n a heap came through overnight delayed from last night. And I got yours just now.

I’ve complained before. Nothing happens.

We are going for 2nights/3 days. Made up some clues for D to figure out and work out where we are going and what we will be doing.

Re: My Mosaic

@Bow does it come up as "unverified" sender for you? i just got one email notification like that but still missing a whole bunch.

that's so frustrating! is there anything else that can be done? wish i could do more to support you with this.

i love how you add those extra lil scavenger hunt style games/clues to make things more fun for D. will you both being doing any activities on the trip, or just enjoying the rest?

Re: My Mosaic

Yeah they come up as unverified @rav3n

nah I don’t think so. I made an official complaint against the service after a pretty huge stuff up in their part. Patient liaison officer assured me that it had been addressed and comm mh would contactme regarding it. Nothing. And they always have stupid excuses when it’s been like a verbal complaints. So I give up. It just really sucks that I don’t really have any other options when it comes to support cause I can’t afford to pay for pdocs and psychologists. Should just be thankful that they took me on cause I begged for the help for so long prior.

We are doing a bookshop trail on the way to the mountains. 10 bookshops to check out. Then there is things to do up there. So things for both of us to do. I’ve found a couple of op shops to check out to.

Re: My Mosaic

@Bow that's good to know, thanks for that.

ughh that disappointing to hear, and i absolutely get why you'd feel fed up with complaining again. i hope others have complained too so that some sort of change can occur soon.

ooo that sounds so nice, keen to see if you find any more cool books or items from the op shops! how's your furniture upcycling project going?

Re: My Mosaic

Sometimes it feels like they have this attitude that people with mental health issues can’t complain. They can’t be taken seriously. They don’t have the capacity to fully know what they are talking about so they should only be seen and not heard.

I’m hoping to add to my book collection. Need to make sure my catalogue is up to date so I don’t double up. And D is hoping to complete some of her sets too. And op shop funds are always fun @rav3n
