How do you call a helpline for support and be honest without them calling 000 on you?

It is a hard spot to be in @Bow wanting to talk to someone but not wanting them to ring 000 on you.

Hey @Bow hope you are able to keep yourself safe and as the others said, we are here with you. Also in response to your earlier post around calling a helpline and been honest with them, without them calling 000, same as here, as long as you garauntee you are safe you can be honest about your feelings and struggle been here, as long as there no plan, means or intent to do anything. Hope you did end up calling the helplines, I strongly encourage you reaching out for support with them as part of your safety plan. please take care of yourself
