I'm not doing so well. Didn't have a good appointment with psychatrist today and because I am struggling, it is difficult for me to open up.

I hate that empty feeling, sometimes window-shopping and interacting with retail staff helps. Or finding the best view on top of the world sipping a cuppa with furbaby by my side, well, helps In the moment anyway. Come to think of it, I haven't felt it as intense since this particular antidepressant. You take care OG🙏

That is very true-many of us feel out of place. But truth be told many of us feel like that but we often don't talk about it. Because we think we are the only one to feel like that or we have shared our feelings and thoughts with the wrong people. Thank you for your support Pea and hope to catch up with you soon....
