I'm not doing so well. Didn't have a good appointment with psychatrist today and because I am struggling, it is difficult for me to open up.

@Appleblossom I have been feeling tired for a while. Glad you're feeling good. I didn't do much today and just been in bed mostly or watching TV for a few hours tonight.
