Checking In

Checking In

Hi,

I'm not doing so well. Didn't have a good appointment with psychatrist today and because I am struggling, it is difficult for me to open up.

Hi @oceangirl , thanks for checking in!

Well, working from home makes things very busy because work/home life merge.

Ive found I'm getting cranky and snappy at people a lot quicker - which I'm not liking. I'm very mindful of it, so I'm practising as much grounding as I can so as not to stay in the 'red' zone.

Sleep has also been affected, but oh well, I try not get stressed over it and just make up for the sleep the following nights (I hope).

How are you travelling @oceangirl ?

@BPDSurvivor It is good to hear from you @BPDSurvivor . You have good insight and awareness. I am feeling similar to you (cranky) and that is unlike me. It could be number of reasons why you feel like that and lack of sleep does not help. My sleep has not been the best of late but has improved the last week. I try not to stress over my sleep either and try to catch up, were I can. I am finding since increasing my vitamin D capsule, my sleep has improved. It might be worthwhile having your vitamin D level checked and another test is your parathyroid- that test is not routinely done. I have tidying up tonight and putting away washing. Hope you sleep better tonight !!

you too @oceangirl and thanks. Um have job network appointment, should get walk in before that, then job people prob find things they want me to do. Having to carry phone around house lol so not much on , just bit on edge re job stuff, waiting to find out what next stage of application is

What are you up to tomorrow?

Your welcome @TAB What stage are you up to in your application? Is that the job you need to do a medical for? Just try to keep busy and get organized as much as you can and do something you enjoy doing. I don't have much on tomorrow. I have to run errands in the morning and go to the post office and in the afternoon get my hair done. I might go and have dinner with my parents tomorrow night. And try to get a walk in the morning and afternoon.
