I'm not doing so well. Didn't have a good appointment with psychatrist today and because I am struggling, it is difficult for me to open up.

Glad you're taking it easy and I hope you enjoyed your movie. I did have a trigger on the weekend - I am not too comfortable with this person. She was explaining to me- how her brother is in hospital with his MI, and basically if he didn't go into hospital, she would get him sectioned and he wouldn't be allowed out until, the Dr and she decided he could come home. I didn't like that and she didn't sound supportive.
I have a vistor with me and we have just been hanging out a little bit and cooked dinner together- it was nice. I have not been up to too much tonight.

Its always great to hear from you. Glad you took some time away to look after you and I hope you feel better for it. I had a tough few days but starting to feel better. Not sure what to do and who to turn to. I'm trying to do what you did and gather my thoughts and to be able to share those with someone. We have had light showers here this morning and it is continuing to rain a bit. @Bunniekins
