Checking In
Hi,
I'm not doing so well. Didn't have a good appointment with psychatrist today and because I am struggling, it is difficult for me to open up.

Yeah this arvo I did physically feel sick @oceangirl
It went by fortunately.
Sounds like me last Friday after my seminar OG
I was a tired wreck and slightly angry. Sleep helped I think. I am going okay these days I think. Gotta learn to stop pressuring myself and instead set attainable goals. Idk my friend... 20s are weird/hard
Hi Hams
I thought you meant physically sick- hope you're getting enough fluids and sleep. Its good that you're able to identify your feelings and to talk so openly about them. Remember try to keep some balance in your life too.... @MDT

@TAB Sorry to hear that your tooth is still giving you pain and discomfort- Have you been able to eat and drink better today? If it continues go back to the dentist. It was good to get out yesterday. I am at the sanctuary tomorrow.

Evening @oceangirl
Just got home from being out with some uni friends. Sitting outside listening to the quiet. Its peaceful. I was out here the other morning.
Tonight was good to see friends from uni and a small group of us together. Its wholesome you know?
This week has been good i think. At some level anyway. The past month has changed me too I think. In many ways.
Tbh OG I am not looking forward to work on Monday. But then again I don't care. The past month has taught me a lot about life. I hope I can dream tonight. Hope I can escape.
There is a lot to be thankful for and a lot to process.
Idk aye. A lot on my mind. Wasgonna write another letter to myself. Might do it now.
@MDT You're a good young man and its a great quality that you have to self reflect. Glad to hear you had time out with friends and you were able to connect with them- it seems you had enjoyable night out. How is your letter going to yourself- is it a letter to your future self?
