I am okay thanks @oceangirl just a bit of side-effects/effects of meds and well, situation of impromptu lets not base my life on addiction anymore after it coming up at GP visit they are calling me tomorrow morning and have appointment thursday so they are keeping an eye on me, at that beginning at least lol
