I'm not doing so well. Didn't have a good appointment with psychatrist today and because I am struggling, it is difficult for me to open up.

I slept like a log, might be time to see Drs think something might be wrong re lack of energy was supposed to do tests ages ago, got lost in work and xmas period

Made a new thread the other day. Just ranted on it this morning about some problems in the family. But I can put that aside now as I'm headed out to catch up with a friend for lunch and then I'll be heading to the city as its my parent's 30th anniversay

Good for you putting aside the issues ad heading out to spend time with a friend. Enjoy. 30 years is a huge milestone, well done to your parents. Best I've done is 10!
