Hi,
I'm not doing so well. Didn't have a good appointment with psychatrist today and because I am struggling, it is difficult for me to open up.

@Bunniekins I don't want to say too much on the good morning thread because I didn't want to say anything negative on that thread. I'm thinking of lots of stuff too. What is happening for you GP?

@Bunniekins I'm struggling on many fronts atm. I am not sleeping too well and feeling constantly fatigued. I started seeing a new psychiatrist but not sure if he is the right person for me. Or should say if we click. I'm not sure who to turn to or what to do.

@oceangirl that is hard re psychiatrist. I dont know what to suggest other than give him a bit longer as finding psychiatrists are hard to find at least where I live.
