I'm not doing so well. Didn't have a good appointment with psychatrist today and because I am struggling, it is difficult for me to open up.

I had a busy day- visited the hospital twice, chemist shop, went out to lunch with my mum, cooked dinner and did the floors and tided through. I am bit worried about my dad because he is quite emotional.

Ohh Hams @MDT i got call from work and hour ago they were trying to get me onsite tomorrow for a breakdown. Inductions had run out. anyway they couldnt organise it so am off the hook lol
