I'm not doing so well. Didn't have a good appointment with psychatrist today and because I am struggling, it is difficult for me to open up.

I have not long got home from going to chemist, pet shop and filling up on fuel. I am leaving soon to take my mum for her MRI.

How are you F&H?
I took my mum for her MRI
Collected clothes for my mum and dad
I got my mums medication faxed up to my pharmacy and I collected that for her
We visted my dad in hospital tonight and stopped off and had dinner on the way home
Tomorrow I am going to have a BT and hoping to go for a swim and walk

Hi @oceangirl I worked last week, sick of hearing myself say it lol, got really sore from it, also sick of hearing myself say that lol, was told getting more work this week, they did not ring, so not sure what was going on there lol , need time out to fix health a bit anyway lol
Sounds like things have been busy for you after your father's accident ?

If you don't need to work- take the time off to look after your health
I have been fairly since my dad had a heart attack
I took my mum to out to dinner and visiting my dad in hospital.
