That's understandable. This forum deals with a lot of depression. So for many people on here, the last time they did have a good morning probably was in June 2017.

Personally, I'm all the way back in about April 2005.

There are many social threads that you may like to look at but it would be good to know a few things about you and what you like first. I can then guide you to appropriate threads or introduce you into some I engage in often. You are most welcome on any thread but sometimes I know it feels like you are intruding or cannot follow the discussion - I have been here 4 years and still feel that sometimes so it is quite normal.

@Aniela The same for you - what are your interests, hobbies, likes?

Several of us hang out on the Far and Away thread so you are most welcome to join in there also. It started out as a travel thread by @Faith-and-Hope so she could tell us all about her travels when she was away but is now a more social thread where many people pop in and out as they desire. We also discuss how we are going and everyone there is very supportive.

I personally write mostly on Am Not Coping There has been a rather long hiatus for me on that thread but have gravitated back to it lately as it has been a really tough few months. You are more than welcome to join us there also.

I think the symbol you are referring to is there when we add in a link @Former-Member - as I did for you above.

It certainly can be hard to find your way around at first but you have already got the hang of tagging and that is a great start.
