Hey @Fluttershy1 as @Jynx only moderates certain shifts they may not be able to respond right away but they will no doubt jump in when they're next on modding to get back to you 🙂 Lots of resources from everyone in here I hope this helps.

There is an organisation our partners at Livin Proud shared with me yesterday called GRAI
for older queer folks who would like more tailored support (there are a lot of youth focused services which can feel exclusive at times).

how are you? I'm pretty low today, being social makes me tired, I don't sleep much and I had & have so many thoughts running through my head. Makes me mentally exhausted & overwhelmed.
