Hi everyone and thank you for letting me join . I work in a highly stressful environment and lots of judgemental issues daily . I've lost motivation and interest , everything is mechanical for me now . My family life has taken a hit and no longer close with my wife . I think the wheels are coming off .

I’m sorry your family life is difficult. Is counselling a possibility ?
Have you talked with your GP about how you are feeling ? They can refer you to a counsellor. A highly stressful work environment would be challenging.

I am sorry to hear the difficulties you have been having with your work and family life. I find doing small self-care activities (for me, it's painting) really helps me to release my stress and get back on track. What are you doing to take care of yourself? 🌻
