My perpetrator got release from jail yesterday.
I tried to suicide following the news.
I can't deal with him being in the streets. I don't want him to find me.

I spoke to mh
They said that they can't help,that they dont know what to do, that I should get over it.
They said to wait in waiting room rest of day coz there's nothing they can do.
Every seat in waiting room is full and staff are over me. I should just leave and stop wasting space. Stop wasting oxygen and government resources and I shouldn't even bother SANEs time coz everything is pointless.
Im only updating jso you don't worry. Please don't let me takeup anymore of your energy.

It sounds like you are not getting that direct support from the mh team today, and it is being put on you to manage your safety today, perhaps by staying in the waiting room.
I can imagine that feels rough when you've been reaching out for help to stay safe. There's no way you're wasting anyone's time. The forums can offer you connection and distraction I hope on these tough days while you figure out how to manage today 🌻

Am so very sorry to hear this, @The-red-centaur 😞 I'm especially sad and shocked that they told you to get over it.
You are definitely not a waste of space ❤ We care about you and want to be here supporting you. You have so much trauma in your life, you deserve help and some healing...I don't believe full healing is possible with great trauma, but I think quite a bit of healing is possible, and I keep wishing that for you.
