My perpetrator got release from jail yesterday.

I tried to suicide following the news.

I can't deal with him being in the streets. I don't want him to find me.

I'm so so sorry. I'm ok.

I took a break like otter suggested and got my phone charged in the process.

My nurse referred me back to psych after she found out what I was doing. I have to stay til at least morning now.

Things are really hard, but I am alive. And I guess that's better than I thought I'd be this time yesterday, the hospital did their job at saving my life. And even though I don't want to be alive I know it give the opportunity for things to change as long as it stays that way. I have no hope but you are reminding me theres still people that care and holding that hope for me while I can't. So I thank you.

I left emergency half hour ago. Went and had food and coffee. I didn't see point speaking to stupid psych again. I plan to get in contact with my case manager to make a plan forward.

I'm so sorry for everything I did and said over the weekend. None of you deserved that. I shouldn't have worried you all.

I still feel shit, but will be safe til this afternoon after I find out what my case manager will say. I have physio this morning. It's scaring the shit out of me, but focusing on that will divert attention from my thoughts.

You guys can be my hope atm until I find mine again. Thanks for being here for me.

just wanted to let you know thst I'm going into hospital tomorrow. Mental health ward and also having some heart tests.
