Struggling

Hi all,

Things are really hard my way I'm struggling I've been very distant from social media so I haven't been on forums much due to my MH being really bad. I just seem to be picking myself up constantly and it's not fun it's exhausting. I've constantly been switching alters, I've been told I have another one so that's making me scared and worried.
I am keeping to myself a lot because I'm struggling.
I'm trying to get myself stable so I can be better again and that I can do the things I want to do * once Covid is over *

I'm sorry that I haven't been around lately

I didn't know what diamond painting is. I have googled it just now. Looks like fun. Here I was thinking it was with paint and a brush, silly me 😁

Hey @Fluttershy1 I am so sorry for worrying you last night. I had a massive panic attack and couldn't control it too well. I hope you were able to get some rest last night.
how are you feeling today?

@Anastasia how was your night hun and how has your Monday morning going? Diamond painting is loads of fun and can be very calming and distracting. I have only just picked it up these past couole months.

I had a good night, watching a Netflix show called Ozark at the moment.

Monday's ok, just working at the moment so keeping busy. I am definitely going to buy a small diamond painting and give it a try 🙂
