Struggling

Hi all,

Things are really hard my way I'm struggling I've been very distant from social media so I haven't been on forums much due to my MH being really bad. I just seem to be picking myself up constantly and it's not fun it's exhausting. I've constantly been switching alters, I've been told I have another one so that's making me scared and worried.
I am keeping to myself a lot because I'm struggling.
I'm trying to get myself stable so I can be better again and that I can do the things I want to do * once Covid is over *

I'm sorry that I haven't been around lately

Hey @Fluttershy1, it sounds like you're really upset, even crying. I'm so sorry to hear that. If you're so distressed it's hard to even communicate I really encourage you to step away as you did before, as you said to 'regather yourself.' As you know the forums are can help so much with connection, but when it comes to being really distressed off-forum support is best 🌻

I am really happy to hear that you are a little more settled then before. It's hard sometimes just to keep it together and that is ok as long as we remember to stay safe. @Fluttershy1
