Struggling

Hi all,

Things are really hard my way I'm struggling I've been very distant from social media so I haven't been on forums much due to my MH being really bad. I just seem to be picking myself up constantly and it's not fun it's exhausting. I've constantly been switching alters, I've been told I have another one so that's making me scared and worried.
I am keeping to myself a lot because I'm struggling.
I'm trying to get myself stable so I can be better again and that I can do the things I want to do * once Covid is over *

I'm sorry that I haven't been around lately

Its a mosaic. My sister got it for me a few weeks back. Its pretty cool. You just put small dots in it as you go for each small square. Pretty cool

@Fluttershy1Good on you for choosing that course. I did a Cert IV in Counselling and my feelings went a bit up and down thru the course. Hang in there, and work through things.

Being afraid of meds is in my mind, a normal reaction. I had to up my meds I for a few years, but I am very glad I am bringing it down now. Sometimes they help stabilise things, so we can get on with life and/or study and stuff.

I only refuse due to my alters @Appleblossom.
I'm trying to hang in there but it's really hard. I'm just fading away slowly.
