Struggling

Hi all,

Things are really hard my way I'm struggling I've been very distant from social media so I haven't been on forums much due to my MH being really bad. I just seem to be picking myself up constantly and it's not fun it's exhausting. I've constantly been switching alters, I've been told I have another one so that's making me scared and worried.
I am keeping to myself a lot because I'm struggling.
I'm trying to get myself stable so I can be better again and that I can do the things I want to do * once Covid is over *

I'm sorry that I haven't been around lately

Things have been really hard and rocky again, I've been in hospital again due to SI..... back home now though been really struggling that's why I haven't been around, my MH isn't doing great I'm trying to focus on myself to get me better before my course starts next week, I can't keep my in a very stable place at the moment.
Been having family issues again which is stressing me out. I have to now live with mum full time because dad and his wife don't want me back. I try and communicate with dad and he now just ignores my call. It's tearing me apart....

My alters have been playing up and I can't even stay that present.

I'm trying to stay as strong as I can at the moment.
