Yeah that does make it difficult @Fluttershy1 but it is nice to have a really good chat - sometimes that is what we need to alleviate some of that anxiety - I find that helps me a lot being able to talk to others here about anything but our MH

Yeah @Zoe7, I'm sorry if I got snappy earlier, things where not great. I had family forcing me to eat and I wasn't hungry. I'm really sorry.

@Fluttershy1 Can you do something for your headache now so it doesn't get any worse? I suffer terribly from headaches and find a heatpack on my neck helps - that is where most of the pain comes from from a previous injury.

I've had pain relief before it gets to bad @Snowie .
hoping it eases soon.
