Struggling

Hi all,

Things are really hard my way I'm struggling I've been very distant from social media so I haven't been on forums much due to my MH being really bad. I just seem to be picking myself up constantly and it's not fun it's exhausting. I've constantly been switching alters, I've been told I have another one so that's making me scared and worried.
I am keeping to myself a lot because I'm struggling.
I'm trying to get myself stable so I can be better again and that I can do the things I want to do * once Covid is over *

I'm sorry that I haven't been around lately

@Fluttershy1, you really need to tell someone how you feel. Do you see a psychologist/counselor?

You can't let yourself hide from it sweetheart, it will only get harder to manage❤️xxx

@Lee82 @Schitzo @Anastasia @oceangirl - so mum made me catch a bus to my grandmas to care for her mum, she knows I'm sensitive for being out at night and she made me catch a bus when I was high anxitey and unwell, I'm now safe at her house. But I'm really annoyed at mum for doing what she did, I don't know what to feel at the moment.

Her mum didn't want me on a bus either because it is not good for me to be on a bus at night.

I'm safe, just crying and dissociating from flashbacks
