Struggling

Hi all,

Things are really hard my way I'm struggling I've been very distant from social media so I haven't been on forums much due to my MH being really bad. I just seem to be picking myself up constantly and it's not fun it's exhausting. I've constantly been switching alters, I've been told I have another one so that's making me scared and worried.
I am keeping to myself a lot because I'm struggling.
I'm trying to get myself stable so I can be better again and that I can do the things I want to do * once Covid is over *

I'm sorry that I haven't been around lately

Things are abit tough in my world not knowing what could come next. I've spent most of my day on the phone and with my OT face to face.

I really don't know how I'm feeling. I just want to hide away from this world at the moment. I feel very uneasy at this current point.

Things are rough at the moment, I have no self esteem at the moment, I just want Covid to be over so I can see my support team face to face.

Being trapped inside my own head is really scary been having really bad flashbacks that I'm pushing through.

My family don't understand how severe my heart condition is because nobody listens to me when I say I'm not well. Apparently I'm just faking it when I'm not.

i told tell my family anything. ive been sick for months but no one noticed or just sighed at me so i shut up. there is reasoning behind it.

@outlander - things are hard,

I hate how my family don't listen to me!
I feel like I don't really fit in with the family, sometimes they just make me feel worthless or sometimes they make me feel worse.
I would sometimes really like to know what's goes through there head when a loved one is suffering.
