Struggling

Hi all,

Things are really hard my way I'm struggling I've been very distant from social media so I haven't been on forums much due to my MH being really bad. I just seem to be picking myself up constantly and it's not fun it's exhausting. I've constantly been switching alters, I've been told I have another one so that's making me scared and worried.
I am keeping to myself a lot because I'm struggling.
I'm trying to get myself stable so I can be better again and that I can do the things I want to do * once Covid is over *

I'm sorry that I haven't been around lately

I really hope you are all well.

Today has been not a great day, I've struggled with my little alters, my support worker isn't coming back. I went to the doctors regarding my MH and other things, have had to get a ECG machine attached to me for 2 weeks.

MH triage haven't been that nice either.
Just want to curl up in a ball and cry...

I'm safe 🌷

Hugs to you. Sounds like such a rough patch. How old are the little ones? It's not easy.

Although I can't support you in person, I'm with you in thought and spirit.

Look after yourself hun. It's okay to curl up and cry. Don't beat yourself over it.

What are some things you are grateful for?

Wow @Fluttershy1 ,

That just proves to me you are stronger than you think! I praise and applaud anyone who takes on kids. It is one of the greatest sacrifices one could make. It doesn't mean they are perfect, but it means they are braver and stronger than they give themselves credit for.
