Struggling

Hi all,

Things are really hard my way I'm struggling I've been very distant from social media so I haven't been on forums much due to my MH being really bad. I just seem to be picking myself up constantly and it's not fun it's exhausting. I've constantly been switching alters, I've been told I have another one so that's making me scared and worried.
I am keeping to myself a lot because I'm struggling.
I'm trying to get myself stable so I can be better again and that I can do the things I want to do * once Covid is over *

I'm sorry that I haven't been around lately

Hope you are well!

Things have been really tough the past few days, Could of ended up in hospital but I didn't, I've kept fighting.
It's hard when family doesn't understand your MH and then when MH triage gets involved with me they still just don't pay attention.

I've never cried so much in 1 day.

GP has been worried about me because I'm both mentally and emotionally unwell. She was the one who referred me to MH triage so they could help me.

I'm slowly getting there but I'm not 100% better.

Just sitting here quietly.
I'm safe.
