Struggling

Hi all,

Things are really hard my way I'm struggling I've been very distant from social media so I haven't been on forums much due to my MH being really bad. I just seem to be picking myself up constantly and it's not fun it's exhausting. I've constantly been switching alters, I've been told I have another one so that's making me scared and worried.
I am keeping to myself a lot because I'm struggling.
I'm trying to get myself stable so I can be better again and that I can do the things I want to do * once Covid is over *

I'm sorry that I haven't been around lately

@Fluttershy1 I am so sorry to hear that things have been really tough for you lately. I am so sorry I haven't been around for you lately. Please know that I have been following along just haven't had the strength to give any advice. I am always thinking of you hun and I truly hope things start to improve for you soon.

It's okay, you were taking time for yourself.

My world has just been to much lately and I didn't want to stress anyone out, I've been keeping to myself I got to the point where MH triage is now involved. They are helping me abit while I'm struggling.

I've spent many days crying.
